Language café for immigrants on Mondays and Thursdays at Kumppanuustalo Kulma

The City of Loviisa arranges a language café for immigrants on Mondays at 10–13 and Thursdays at 10–12 at Kumppanuustalo Kulma, at the address Sibeliuksenkatu 3. The language café is open and free of charge for all immigrants.

All immigrants are welcome to the language café to converse in a relaxed setting. It is worthwhile to come, especially if one is new in Loviisa and wishes to be acquainted with new people. We discuss Finland, the culture, traditions, festivities and other interesting topics at the language café. One can also practice Finnish or Swedish there.  

Low threshold guidance and counselling are offered in addition the first Monday of each month at 11–13 in connection with the language café. The consulting languages are Finnish, English and Russian. The service is free of charge and intended for all immigrants living in Itä-Uusimaa. The service is supplied by the Immigrant info of the City of Porvoo.

The language café goes on Christmas break on 15.12.2023.
