The enrolment for morning and afternoon care of pre-schoolers takes place at the same time as enrolment to pre-school.
Fill in the enrolment in CGI Vesa. In order to log into the service you need either net bank identifications or a mobile certificate. Enrolment forms in paper can be obtained at the customer service office Lovinfo.
It is possible to enrol online using the customer terminal at Lovinfo (address Mariankatu 12 A). The customer service office is open Mondays through Fridays at 9 am to 4 pm.
If you wish to alter an already sent enrolment form, kindly contact the day care unit manager.
The fees of the early childhood care and education are set according to the size and income of your family. The exception is approving the highest possible fee.
Send the form of income statement together with attachments within one month of early childhood care and education having begun to the address

You can also leave the form and the attachments to Lovinfo, the customer service office of the City of Loviisa, Mariankatu 12 A, open Mondays through Fridays at 9 am to 4 pm.
In case you do not supply the income statement of your family at the latest within one month at the client relation having started, the fee is set according to the highest payment grade. If you supply your income statement late, the fee is set according to the income statement beginning with that month when you supplied the income statement.
