This is how you enrol your child to preschool or school.
You should either contact the new school directly or the educational services when a pupil changes schools. The school where the pupil primarily is to attend (e.g. according to shortest distance to school and the language of the pupil) is determined according to the pupil’s home address as registered in the Population register.

Enrolment to preschool takes place between January and February, 29.1.–11.2.2024. Enrolment instructions are sent to the guardians by mail one week before the enrolment. Children born in 2018 are enrolled in preschool so that they start at preschool in the autumn 2024. Register your child electronically using Wilma. Contact the centre for education and welfare if you do not have the login details for Wilma. The telephone number is 044 565 1189 and the e-mail address is catarina.kaalikoski@edu.loviisa.fi.
